Adeleke Appoints Chief of Staff, Two Others

The newly sworn in governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke may have hit the ground running as he announced key three appointments less than 24 hours after his swearing ceremony in Oshogbo.
The new appointments made by Adeleke are that of Secretary of the State Government (SSG), Chief of Staff to the Governor and the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Governor.
According to a statement personally signed by the governor, Mr. Teslim Igbalaye was appointed as Secretary to the State Government, while the former chairman of Osogbo Local Government Council, Mr. Kassim Akinleye, was appointed as the Chief of Staff.
The statement added that Mr. Olawale Rasheed is the new Chief Press Secretary. All appointments take immediate effect. Adeleke was sworn in as the sixth executive Governor of Osun on Sunday.
