The Senator representing Abia Central in the National Assembly, Chief Theodore Orji has cited peace as a major key to the development of any state, attributing the several projects executed in Abia State, to the peace being enjoyed in the state.

The occasion witnessed the commissioning of some the projects executed by Hon. Nkwocha in his constituency which include an ICT center, Legislative Chambers and a mini stadium.

“It is not easy to maintain peace, but when you maintain it, you reap the dividends.

“The way Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and I are in peace, that is why you are seeing different projects being executed in Abia state.

“Starting from his Excellency the Governor of Abia state, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, he has done very well. Every day, he is executing projects and commissioning them. It is not easy; that is commitment “

Senator Orji lauded all those in positions of authority in Abia for complementing the efforts of Governor Ikpeazu.

“What is the Governor going to APC to do? The performing Governor here, that people like, what is he going to do in APC?
